Applied for two free samples, but had to pay postage so paid by credit card. I never received the free samples in spite of sending 3 emails to customer services complaining about that.instead I finally received 2 one month supplies of slimming products and was charged firstly for the postage (which I agreed to) and then £58.06 for each month supply. I have emailed MBNA and I have written an email cancelling the 'subscriptions.'
