Following on from my last posting. I e-mailed them (Uggago) and Anne said they do not have an address to return the boots. I spoke to Consumer complaints and they told me to inform the Chinese embassy to see what their laws are. I read that the police are onto these people but cannot easily deal with anything outside of the UK. However, they are working on it. The agent who delivered my boots was called Yanksmart.com and I believe that they run some kind of a warehouse that will actually store and deliver from their stock room, which means that Uggago are just agents and do not actually carry the stock. There is another site which trades under another name who, I believe are the same company - I think it is called Uggs Australia. I am seething with anger over these people who get away with such criminal behaviour.
