-4-4, A warranty was bought for this home owner from your website as part of a contract (receipt atatched). Attached and below is what your website says as far as when the warranty starts.

Coverage Period
Coverage begins upon receipt of payment and provides repair or replacement for one year and is renewable on a yearly basis.

-3-14 Buyer had a home inspection done and the microwave was checked and working prior to purchase of the home. Attached.

-4-4 The Settlement date was April 4,

-4-9-11 Buyer moved in and on about April 15 he called BFS about the microwave not working.

-4-9-11 BFS ask him for his account number, there is no account number provided when ordering online, I always assumed you went by property address.

-4-19-11 Anyway BFS finally sent a technician out costing the buyer $55 to inspect the microwave. The technician said the parts were $400 but it would be cheaper to replace it, about $200. BFS told the client they would not repair or replace the microwave because the warranty was bought less than 30 days ago.
—Why would BFS send a technician out on a account they had no intention of repairing?

-The BFS excuse that the warranty was bought less than 30 days from the customer service call is in direct conflict with the policy stated on the BFS website

-One final issue I have as a Realtor using your services; I was told your salesman at 877-237-9700 that customers get your terms of service after they purchase. This is a unfair business practice, you can't hand customers the terms of service after they pay, this is why situations like the above happen. I highly suggest your company add your terms of service to your order system prior to payment and make them down loadable like a PDF format. The salesman also agreed to send me a copy of the terms of service but I never received a copy.

-4-22-11 Jay Miller called and said that BFS will not cover the Microwave because the customer stated "it as broke when he moved in". The problem is the customer bought the house on 4-4 but did not move in until 4-9. Ask Jay if I buy a warranty then move in 6 months later and a items is broken is it covered, he says no.

-4-22-11 Jay Miller and 4 other phone calls have yet to produce the terms of service BFS is making the above claims from.
