Told no supervisor an hung the phone up. Flat out refused to refund my funds I

Wrote letter requesting a refund. Took a long time to answer when called. This rip off started july 5. Never heard from them once they got the 99.00 dollars. These people need to be put out of business. Very rude an obnoxius told me there was no one else i could talk to about a refund an hung the phone up.
