I am a small furniture store and I placed an order with Designs Unlimited in June they took money off my credit card in July for two bedroom sets in Aug they delivered pieces from each set none were deliverable and in September still no furniture I was forced to refund over $4000 in sales. The owner I have talked to on a regular bases (until a month ago) to resolve this matter he avoids my calls will not refund my money or finish the order I am afraid to send back the few peices of what I do have because I will then be out more money plus freight. Please help he has caused me to be very stressed out and hurt the reputation of my business by stalling every time I called when he did respond it was. Next week. Well its almost November still no furniture. Please help! Connie Turne
