Ordered product, credit card was charged within 24 hours. Received letter of apology from South Africa a month later apoplogizing for a delay because of "tremendous respond." Their 800 number is bogus. Obviously, this site is a rip-off and a scam. Would advise everyone to read blogs before ordering anything online. These people are crooks!
