I joined speed date for six months in August. I was able to use the site until October.in October all of a sudden I was unable to use anything the site had to offer. The only screen I could get was my profile. When I called their phone # 1877-328-3006 I was unable to talked to anyone. The only line I could get was a recording and a message line for people who wanted to sign up, so I left a message explaining my problem. A few days later I recieved an email telling me they could not find any problems with my account and that I mus not have the current version of adobe flash player. They told me to install it and everything should be ok. If not, I was suppose to sent them a bug report that they gave me a link too. So, after reinstalling adobe flash player and finding I still could not us their site I tried sending them a bug report like they asked me to. The bus report site they sent me also does not work. I have a brand new computer and have all the latest versions of everything that's out there to be had. I once more tried to get a hold of them by phone but have not heard anything from them for over a week and i still cannot use the site I have paid for. So far it has been almost a month that I have not been able to speed date. I feel they have taken my $165.65 an ran. They are suppose to take another $165.65 in Febuary if I haven't canceled my membership before then. Problem is I can't get into the screen on my account to cancel my membership. I have canceled my credit card but am furious that they have taken my money and not allowed me to speed date until Febuary like my membership was suppose to do.
