My girlfriend has MySimpleMobile and I decided to swith. She had been on the $60 unlimited talk text and data plan with 4g speeds. Well... I deduced her phone that Is had about 1.4mbps download does not have 4g. I went to the site www.MySimpleMobile.com and saw a $40 unlimited talk, text and data with 3G speeds NOT 4G for $20 less. We both switched to it and her over 1mbps speed is capped at 119kbps as I am. That is 2G SPEEDS! Not 3G! I went to the site and after you click the more info THEN you can read the "UPTO" 3g speeds... Where available (where is it available If she already had 3G speeds? But now is being throttled to 2G speeds? Also for any who thinks 1.4 is 4g speed... The maximum download ability a 3G chip in a phone can transfer is 3.1MBPS... So no 4G but 3G for a supposed 4g which means they are also trotting the 4g she should have been up a lot higher than the 1.4 mbps download she received...
So the conclude we both purchase the unlimited $40 talk text and web (SCAM)... Service... OH before I forget NO REFUNDS I was told. Yes I called (55) minutes later they answers... Customer service is terrible.
