I was contacted by Keith Riggs concerning the sale of my time share. They were very interested in aquiring it. A few days later I got a call from Mark Ridell of Intercoastal Financial 8185 Ocean Highway West, Sunset Beach, NC. A contract was sent to me signed by the buyers.
