Mark Ridel, a sales rep from Intercoastal Financil called me and said that he had a buyer for my Timeshare, a Keith Riggs and I talked to the buyer and he agreed to pay me $11,000 and I agreed to pay $960 for closing costs to Intercoastal Financial. I agreed and bought a MoneyPac and gave Mark the serial# and he was to do the Title search and finalize the sale. As it turns out they were both in on the scam. All I get is a recording from Intercoastal Financial, which I keep leaving messages and no return calls. Also, the buyer disconnected his phone. I reported this fraud to the Attorney General of North Carolina. Anybody with similar complaints of this Company should also contact the Attorney General at 877-5-no scam.
