I am sending this letter to you with regret that previous efforts to obtain payment from you have been unsuccessful.

I was assigned and responsible for both parties and attended to the guests at both tables.
You stated that I would receive $25/hour for work on August 15.
I reported at 5:30pm.
I worked until 12:30am.
I waited 2 hours and worked 5 hours.
$25.00 x 5 = $125.00 plus tips from 2 tables for bottle service

I assumed that you would be responsible in paying for services as discussed and that some small oversight was to blame now weeks have passed.

Please remit payment for services rendered on August 15 within five days
