I couldn't get a 400 minute plan because i would lose my friends and family plan. So i had to keep 950 minute plan. Extortion... No roll over minutes.

I then upgrade to a new device. It doesn't work. I try to return it. After paying cash for it. I was told on numerous times. Last time i walked in, lobby full. Black girl says "we don't have cash". They want me to give the device and wait 3 to 4 weeks for a check from wells fargo.

I sent the store a check. They sent it back 2 or 3 weeks later and said they didn't take checks. I sent a hand written letter if they kept calling, i would consider it harrasement. I sent both check to leigh high pa. Better then 10 days ago. Not presented to my bank.

They will take cash. Never get cash back. They don't take mailed checks at the store in cincinnati.in closing. They have 2 checks mailed to them. Bad when cash is no longer the preferred method of payment.

I was also told not to go near a verizone store by the head of the security. Never heard another thing from them except calls and emails. The security officer. Weel never happened. They can't pay me legal tender, cash, no check at the store. Obama care.

Now they want me to pay a fee for early disconnect. All could have been avoided by simply paying me for the device. Not a line of (inappropriate content removed)
