A charge of 78.81 was posted to my account. After talking with them and demanding a refund they refused stating the trial period was over. I had just received the trial 2 DAYS PRIOR and had not opened the package. They said I could return it of 60.00 refund if the package was not open or damaged when they recieve it. I aske to talk with someone hire, but was told there was no one. I asked to speak to the legal dept. And they stated they could not give out that information and did not have that information.
I told them that when thay called to verify that I ordered the trial, I had told them not to send it after they had told me more about the product. The man on the phone said they are an idependent company who verifies and could not have told them to stop the shipment. This was not told to me at the time of the verification call.
I will send it back and will stop payment as soon as possible to the company. We will see what happens.
