I purchased a new Vizio TV online from Powersellers. I discovered that the TV they sent me was a rebuilt or refurbished TV after the set had quit working, and it had gone to a repair shop. Powersellers NYC will not give me a refund, claiming that it is an issue with CPS, which is the service contract company they use. The problem is that they sent me used merchandise instead of new, it is not an issue of it being a new TV with a defect that needs repair. I have asked for a refund, but they have not responded.
