A purchase of a Toshiba laptop computer was made and shipped to a Mr. Edwin Kennedy, Manager of the above hotel in Ghana with promise of an immediate refund.
No word since computer was received, but acknowledgement was made by FedEx that package was delivered and picked up by Edwin Kennedy.
