I went on to look into an account for Bidrack, and somehow activated an account unknowingly. Unfortunately, my error was providing a credit card number. Once I realized what happened, I immediately (within 30 minutes of order) emailed them to cancel the order processing. It took them 2-3 days to get back to me to tell me the order could not be cancelled.
I continued to try to fight this with them, then had to leave out of country for a few months. Now that I am back on a regular schedule, I went to the site to see if I could even use my account for anything, and it's shut down. I was never able to cancel my account, get a refund, nor use my account which means they took my $100 dollars. This is completely unethical, and this company should be forced to pay restitution to customers who had money invested in accounts.
