I had my van serviced at the Meineke on tues the 27th of sept. 2011. I was informed and my uncle was informed that what Meineke was going to do, we were assured that it would fix the problem. My van is still stalling. I told them i went to advance and code 1495 came up, i told Frank. Now Frank the manager keeps saying multiple codes came up. But its not right i had to get another diagnostic done this past weekend 10/14 and the mechanic said that what they did had nothing to do with the problem i was having.
Now my van has been staling at different times since i've had it back so basically the problem has not been resolved. Now i'm not dumb i know the computer stores the codes if something happens. The day i took it to Meineke it had just stalled that day more then once so i know the code for the solenoid pack came up so why wasn't i notified then. The day i did get it back my engine light came on and he said bring it back, i did. They did another diagnostic test which then he told me it was the solenoid pack from the transmission and he said they don't work on them. And tried to send me somewhere else. I would like my refund or my van fixed and i will be reporting this.
