I saw an ad on Craigslist (Miami and Los Angeles) that showed a 2007 White Cadillac CTS 1500 V6 (http://miami. Craigslist.org/brw/ctd/2650361700.html). The ad is made by a Jennifer Stallings. We exchanged several emails. She (assuming its a female), ask for my name and address so that I could receive an invoice from eBay (who would protect the money until I received the vehicle). Sure enough, I received an email that looked like a legitimate eBay invoice that showed Jennifer Stallings' address, my name and address, and the 2007 Cadillac CTS. I was provided with details on this invoice on how to make payment via Western Union to an eBay agent. The eBay agent's name was Karamell Ebony Brown and I was to send the money to Las Vegas, Nevada by Western Union Money In Minutes. I made a payment of $3600 and a service charge fee of $236 for a total of $3836 on Friday, October 14th. I was supposed to receive the vehicle on Saturday, October 15th and eBay would allow 5 days for me to inspect the vehicle. I am yet to receive the vehicle and Jennifer Stallings has ceased contact via email. Prior to me contacting you, I went to Western Union's website and tracked my payment. It showed that my payment has been picked up but I have not received any contact whatsoever from Ms. Stallings.
