On or about 6Sep 2011 I received a membership offer, via e-mail, from the above organization inwhich I declined. On 18 October while reviewing my checking account with Central Coast Federal Cerdit Union I discovered a $99.49 withdrawal. The withdrawal was requested by Premier Membership Clubs. I have no knowledge of authorizing this transaction.
