Life time waranty

I've a range vacuum having a guarantee of the lifetime waranty also it was offered in my experience with a door-to-door salesman in the 1990's. I approached Range in Hawaii and quit a note in order for them to return my phone in regards to the waranty and alternative components and didn't obtain a call-back. This factor charge me 3500.00 and it is useless
