A man named Mark Peters from Careco Solutions called my daughter and told her she was approved for a 5000 dollar loan. She had been looking for personal loans because she lost her job has a 2 year old and is about to be evicted because she doesnt have the money to pay her rent. He told her to send $750.00 for collateral by Western Union to Darrell Ruffin New York, New York. When money received she would get funds in her bank account. She borrowed the money and did as she was told. Next day she called to check on loan was told a mistake was made they forgot to tell her about the $1800.00 she needed to send for insurance. She talked to the manager and he said since it was their istake they would pay half and she needed to send $950.00 that day to get the deal. We scraped the money together and sent it but by the stores mistake it was sent by money gram not Western Union. The next day she was told because she sent it by moneygram she lost the deal and needed to send the other $950.00 that day. She had them send her a sined email that stated when they receive the money the funds would be in her account within 2 hours and there would be no other fees. So we again scraped together the money sent it and waited. When she didnt receive the loan she called them and Mark Peters was no longer available and this other man stated he runs the place and he was the only one she could talk too. He then said she had to send additional $750.00 because she had to raise her credit score. He refused to send anything unless we paid. We cancelled the deal ask for refund he said it would take 30 business days and hung up. I am sure thats not going to happen either. Now she is in worse shape then before.
