Union workers credit card they send me a letter saying that i was qualify for 10,000 credit line, and all i have to do was to send a money order with 37.00 dllrs which i did and then i receive a paper credit card and a catal

My name is silvia live in california and received a letter sayng that i was qualify for 10 000 dllrs line, and they requested for me to send 37.00 dllrs for the anual fee, i waited for my credit card, and i receive onlya paper card and a catalog with a few items, so i can buy from the catalog, and that was my credit line, they rip me off with my money, i just dont want them to keep on getting any money from me, io try to talk to someone but there is nobody to talk to so how can i cancel this card, this is a fraud.
