They sent me a cd and i can not aceess the grant resource center i cant get in touch with any one they want give me instructions on the defective cd i am out of 60.00 dollars the took money of my credit cart october 1 i am just trying to get a working cd i have called several times i cant waist my time keep calling iwork can you please help me get a cd or get my money back tell me the steps i need to take rita allen sincerly
