Boyland Event Headquarters
Consumer Report

I recived a promotional package from Platinum Promotion & Marketing by U.S. Mail on September 7. On the front it is marked important document enclosed, express rapid delivery, and extremely important priority mail. On the back side there's a section marked Match any 3 items and you win of five great prizes, there is also one metallic key taped to the back of the package to a 2012 Nissan Sentra 2.0SL. After reading the instructions I scratched the gray shadded area indicated I had won the Grand Prize. I than at that time called the dealership and questioning the receptionest, she stated "no gimmick it's a promotion". On September 12 I went to the dealership to clame my Prize, before I exited my vehicle Ibegan to vedio tape my winnings. After being greeted by the salesman (name unknown) I wastold that it a gimmick and " unless your in here to buy a car, however we did have some gift cards but there all gone now". I then once I got home called back to the dealership and spoke with the Manager (Andrew) Which he transfered me to the Promotional Manager (Pat). Pat tried to explain that the small print indicated my chance of winning would be 1 of 25,000 and the salesman shoud have taken the promotional package and got some information from me. September 29 Mr. Darryl Owens (General Manager of Boyland Event Nissan) responded to the Better Bussiness Bureaus stating the chances of winning the car was pointed out in the disclaimer and he's sorry I misinterpreted the ad. However I did win a $5 gift card at Walmart. Here's still the problem Mr. Owens is saying #1 I had more winning gift cards than I had Products. Well the salesman indicated that upon leaving 09/12. At least 24 hours before the end of the promotion because the promotion was to end 09/13.#2 Because my chances of winning 1 of 25,000 why isn't this the grand prize winner. #3 How did Mr. Owens determine I won a $5 gift card If he never recived my promotional package? #4 Who won the Grand Prize? And Last but not least If Mr. Owens predictions is accurate my chance of winning was 1 out of 25.000, however If his prediction is off and there was 5 Grand Prize Winners he's been wrong before he didn't have enough gift cards. Or Boyland Nissan never had any attentions on a Grand Prize and It's a scam
