Claim I had won the grand prize a $2000 shopping spree Ripoff

Recieved a mailer with a scratch off area claiming I had won a $2000 shopping spree. I was told I had to come to the ourisman dealership to claim my prize, but they wouldn't tell me anything else about it over the phone, just that it was on the up and up and that I had really won. I went, and the dealer tried to hard sell me a car, told them I just wanted my certificate-and had a newer car that I was happy with. Turns out the certificate is worth $0 and I knew it was a scam when I realized a whole bunch of other people had won the $2000 grand prize - and they had a whole stack of the certificates. Of course no-one I saw won the second place $1500 cash prize, or the third place oil change. The only small (8 point) print on the ad says no purchase needed, but the winner must pay actual shipping charges. (not shipping and handeling or anything like that). There were no odds of winning listed - which I guess should have been a tip off it was a scam.

The website associated with the certificate is a total scam... Shipping is way more than the cost of the cheap items. There would be no way to spend $2000 on the site (wsnrewards.com - all dollar general store type items) so it was a total waste of time. Kind of anoying and probably illeagal to tell people the have won the grand prize that they have to come and claim (and have to be pressured to buy a new car) when the prize is worth nothing. If you think the prize is worth something I would be glad to sell it to you. - Make me any offer. If you look on e-bay they go for about $5.00
