This has been happening since July 2. Columbia House started sending out the selection of the month without me being able to log on and decline the transactions. I'm using www.columbiahouse.com but I keep getting an error message. I have been a member of this movie club since movies were only available in VHS. I cannot log in because I am unable to find the web page or the website. I have tried on 5 different computers and still get an error message. I can't even get them on the phone I get an automated menu or they are closed for the day!
