My care giver stole my bank card and used it i made a police report after telling chase bank i ask them close my acct he keep on using it. I put a fraud claim in. The bank asst made more then one claim asking them to check out other dates that looked fraud, i told them the other charges were mine. The dates i gave her were the dates the card was stolen. Fraud dept denied my claim because i made to many claims and closed my accout. I only made one claim. 7/12 =7/15/11
