Called to cancel on 8/23/10, has been charged monthly until 9/19/11
started program 8/12/10. Had gotten package in mail; didn't like it. I thought that if i canceled, there would be no more charges. Just so happened i was looking at another deduction in my account, when i came across these charges from trupro homes and crn, that go back almost a year! I called the company, they say i canceled the wrong products. I recorded them, this time to show how fast they talk and how they try to shift you to other scams in their bag of tricks.
