My wife and I first started buying Natures Balance Pet food at Bridges Pets at Snohomish Station 3. When we paid for it the checker told us if we saved our receipts for 10 bags of Natures Balance we would be entitled to a free bag. We saved our receipts and went to Bridges Pets Store and gave our receipts to the checker. She acted as if she did not know how to handle this transaction so she went to an older woman with dark named ERIN and spoke with her. ERIn came over and angrily shouted you don't get a free bag, you don't have the UPC labels. I think the company acted in bad faith and the only reason I can think of that I was treated so badly is because I am mentaly disabled and over 65 years old and she wanted to squeze more money out of me because of the corporate greed. Bait and switch for the elderley to pay more while the CEO gets more and more.
