I bought the 700 bid pack for $340 but their web site has many technical problems. The auctions do not always count down properly and other times when I've gone to bid the bids are not excepted even though the time is still counting down and other people's bids are accepted. Other times the web site has completely frozen. This has happened when I had used over 200 bids on one product and then I could no longer continue bidding because it froze. I tried going out of their web site and then come back to it only I can no longer even connect to their web site. I have tried re-connecting every day since (for four days now) and I still can't be connected. The only way to contact them is through their web site which I cannot get access to. I have no problems with connecting to other web sites, just theirs. This is very unprofessional. How can I even bid when I can't even access their web site and when I could there were so many other technical problems that it didn't make for fair auctions? I still have over 300 bids left but I want my money back. To top it all off our credit card provider contacted us to say that the security of our credit card had been compromised. Paying for our bids with Viaziz was the last transaction we had made. Sounds suspicious to me.
