Ordered Pro Action Hoodia and Pro Action Acai on a 14 day free trial, as soon as I ordered I checked for the return address and couldn't find it. So cancelled within 30 mins requesting confirmation of cancellation. Goods arrived 2 days later, several attempts to get a return address by phone and email later, I resorted to sending back via special delivery to the P.O. Box on the original parcel. Accompanied with cancellation letters quoting the transaction order refs. The fraud at the dept at my bank said to put the following in writing to them and take a copy: (quote the card number you used - they have it anyway) followed by - (I do not wish to receive any further products from you, I do not authorise you or any of your associated companies to debit my account please delete my card details from your records and DO NOT DEBIT my account again). I was warned expect around £80.00 to leave my bank account anyway. Which should be returned if I have proof of cancellation including the verbage they told me to use.
