This site is VERY misleading. I was also led to believe it was FREE to join and they only needed my CC# on file but was charged upon sign up. I tried to bid on things and lost almost all of them, ended up with 2 little things. When I bid on more bid packs at first there was no processing fee and then they started charging $1 for each one that I won for a penny. I called and emailed numerous times to find out WHY and they just told me not to pay. One guy said I have no idea why and there was nobody else in the office to speak to about it. VERY SHADY and they refused to give me any refund at all.
