Using the same star rating but having it apply to different hotel categories (i.E. The same star rating will provide you different categories of hotels in the name your own price option as opposed to the published price option) is akin to a 'bait and switch' marketing ploy. I am very dissatisfied with the priceline process and will ensure that I pass on my dissatisfaction to many potential priceline customers. I spoke with customer service with no resolution - the only resolution that I would be satisfied with would be a cancellation of my reservation.
