Appeared on my statement, can find no trace of this company or any processing company. Appears to be linked to an expired subscription originally processed through ccbill.com. A further amount of $29.84 was debited one month later processed by easybillhelp.net.inputting the transaction reference and cc number on easybillhelp's website did not elicit any information.
Raised dispute with my cc company. They had no merchant or transaction details other than it being 'direct marketing'. I have been issued a new card.
