I was contacted by a sales rep from Top of the First Page who said that I would have top placement on the first page of major search engines, i.E. Google, Yahoo, Trulia, etc. With key words. Their financing department called me every week for payment, once I paid in full I got a packet and was on my own. I checked periodically but I was NEVER at the top of any page let alone the first page of search engines! I called and a client services rep assured me that they would look into my "key words" and placement problem. No Follow up... I finally called today to get a refund, the supervisor told me to go to Google because he saw me on the first page, number three... I went to Google and did not see me at all. He told me it was probably because I wasn't using my gmail account. What?! He also said that if I used another computer it would be different... Sheesh! I paid for a service so that anyone using any computer, anywhere, with any account looking for a house in my area would see my website. The supervisor agreed to give me a three month extension... Naaa, i want a refund!!!
