To whom it may concern! I'm Andre Schwartz and have a huge problem with your service and how you conduct your sales. I booked a return ticket for my 10 year old son to travel from George to Somerset West on the 1st of October. Ticket ref nr is (Stefan Schwartz) GM6132813 and GM6132814. According to the Manager at Shoprite, Gordon's Bay some or other system exepted the booking. They where well aware that my son is 10 years of age because they obviously had to enter his ID number. At the George station the driver loaded his suitcase and when he was about to board the bus they told his mother that he cannot be alone on the bus. A huge argument broke out and they almost left with his suitcase still in the bus. According to Nelmarie, my sons mother they let a other kid into the bus who looked about the same age, ALONE! At Shoprite Yesturday the manager, Romano Afrika (021 8418160) told me that he is not in a position to refund the R222.00. This is a enormious problem and if you do not respond to this quiry, I will proceed with actions. First I will contact the media and then take it further. Put yourself in my situation. Myself and my son is in a heartbroken state since we saw one another about 2 months ago. How do you explain something like this to a kid? This action of your driver is uneceptable and the fact that your system exepted the purchase is even worse. I await your urgent response! Regards Andre Schwartz
