I purchased pro account (including auto traffic and instant costumer) on 08/06 and 08/07. They provide 60 days guarantee. Then I realized the products as not as my expectation as their ads. They give fake visitor statistic result and I contacted them via email to refund my money on 08/17. The support team answered my mail on 08/19 but they advised me to continue used 60 days free trial. On 09/18 I contacted them again vial mail to ask refund but no respond from them. On 09/28 I contacted them again to remind refund progress but no respond. On 09/30 I emailed them again but no respond received so far.
