On one of my Family Verizon accounts for the last two months a $9.99 bill for Premium Messaging showed up. I contacted Verizon to block Premium Messaging from this phone. The user of the phone is an elderly man who would not even know what this service is for let alone authorize it. How do you get reimbursed for this scam of a company!?!
