I've received a number of such correspondances from a number of so called sweepstakes winner reporting agencies. (including the one today from the above named company), and they all have that fee in common which is always the red flag on such correspondance. As real deal sweepstakes doesn't cost anything.
A rule of thumb is to realize that you didn't enter a sweepstakes and Legitimate sweepstakes sponsors don't utilize such agencies to inform you.
I just file 13 any such mailings and often report them via returning them to the local postmaster.
There are also such scams via telemarketing. Just report them rather than entertain them.
