I signed up for the PureBerryMax and Colon Cleanse free 14 day trial offer. I called to cancell as the order was placed Aug. 26th. I assummed if the order was for 14 days you would have 14 days to to try it. I did not get the product until August 31st. So I did not have the product for a full 14 days to try before they charged my account. I have tried to have them reimburse me and they said it is 14 days from when you charged the product. They also said 100%customer satisfaction. Well I am not satisfied. I have gone around and around with them and they will not give me the money back. I don't even like the product. The web said Rachael Ray lost 30 pounds on this product. Maybe that is false also. Let me know how I can get my money back from these rip off artists.
