I put in a claim for refunding of money from BEN SHOES in August who instead of sending shoes they sent a piece of garbage Hannah Montana tote bag. Pay Pal, who is supposed to protect the consumer, will refund my money IF I send this piece of garbage Hannah Montana tote bag back to China that will amount to $26 for postage. That's amost as much money as I am trying to recover. Does that make sense to anyone? Obviously it makes sense to the idiots who control Pay Pal.
