Got letter from David Shawn with a cashiers check for $4,975.00 and to cash check and western union Rita Moore $1,997.00 for government taxes on winnings of $250,000.00. Rita Moore is supposed to be the tax agent. Now the checking account is cleaned out and overdrawn to say the least.
