Last week on 9/23 I ordered some shoes from a seller on sole collector named avuong6494. I received them today and was shocked at the shoes because the pictures he showed showed this shoe in almost brand new condition as i have proof of this. The shoes he sent me are just awful with spots, and wrinkles and everything bad thing imaginable and none of this was stated or shown in the pictures. I tried to contact the seller but of course no reply. No luck with sole collector either. I am so angry can someone just help me get my money back
