I tried to cancel it but it went through anyway got and e-mail saying thank you for ordering with no amount or transaction number just a O. Tried to call because I didn't receive anymore information. Janet Rhoades was the name and the phone numbers no one answer said you could start right away. Phone number to call was 877-355-7771
