I found this website while I was helping a friend locate a family member to track down some medical information. There was a $1.00 fee for the report, which I agreed to pay. However the following month I started receiving charges on my card for $18.95. After a second month went by and I was charged again I called the company and was flat out lied to. They told me I had agreed to the monthly charges - which I had not, having no further need for this type of website - and that I had created an account, login, ect., - which again I had not. When I called the company to find out what was going on and how to end the changes I was told that there was nothing they could do to end the charges over the phone, that I had to do it via the website with my login and password - that I hadn't set up. This same process carried on for over 4 months as I repeatedly called the company and had almost the exact conversation with them every time.
They are still charging my card every blasted month, and I have had no success in stopping them.
