On may 29th I paid for in full the amount of $296.45 for a dirby and timimng cover for my 2006 HD. On that day Tim only had the derby cover on hand so he needed to have his artist draw the timimg cover. The deal was it would take him 5 weeks to have both items to me. Long story short he never sent a drawing and lied to me over and over about having the drawing sent via e-mail. At times his phone was full with messages therefore i couldn't even reach him, he also would not answer e-mails. My wife finally reached him via phone and ask him to return our money and to date he has refused, he said he will then be out of the money himself? All he thinks about is himself I am still out almost $300.00 and he still has not sent the money back. I am now filing small claims court to have him sued...
