So I ordered the bras on may 24 for a total of $96.79 which was to take 3-6 weeks after getting close to the 6 week mark I called and they investaged it and resent them so july 14 the amount of $96.79 was posted on my credit card and july 27 they were sent to my home but cos I was not there they were sent to ups untill i called to arrange a p/u date so on july29 I went to ups to p/u my package which I had to pay $29.75 to p/u I asked what this was for she told me it was a handling fee that the shipping company that I ordered from charges due to it bring in the states and that I had to call Genie bra about it so I did and I waited for a call back and nothing so I called ups to make sure they could do nothing for me and again they could not but in the mean time I was so excited to get these bras to find out they do everything that they say they do not do like fold and bend and sag so I sent them back paying another $ 29.75 which ups waived thank god but all I got back from genie bar was $ 60.21 so I have lost $ 66.33 then I have been calling then to see what they woud do to compensate for mis advertisment and again waited to hear from them so on sept 21 I called finally getting some one and to find out nothing was in my file for them to call not surprised at all about that and all they can offer me is a call back from the big manager and 1/2 of the shippping and handling wow thats all i get for misadvertisment delay in shipping and time wasted
