Sales Person, Pat Kelly, called and spoke to our maintenance department and wanted to send him a catalog with their products (light bulbs). A week later we received a shipment of 15 light bulbs that are normally $2/piece and were charged $31.93/piece for them for a total of $479 $19.90 shipping for 15 light bulbs.
We have tried repeatedly to get them to pick up their merchandise because this is an obvious scam, but to date no one has initiated the return and they are calling harassing us for payment.
