This charge was not authorized, nor do I have any clue what the charge is for. And to make matters worse, the charge was "authorized" according to the company on 9/14 from my home ip address while I was at my mother's address 3 hours away and my laptop was dead. To make matters worse the charge put my account in the hole costing me an addition $37. I am currently in the process of trying to get this whole mess figured out, and I will go to any lengths possible to see that it is.
