I found an unrecognizable charge to my checking account in the amount of $2.95 from an unrecognizable company "Comment:
MYHEALTH 888-875-2224 877-2640269 FL Date 09/17/11". When I called the 888 number listed and protested, a Danielle Castro, whom I was talking to, said that it was a non-refundable shipping charge, and then proceeded to further sell their product, suggesting that I try it before cancelling. I told her no, and I wanted her to cancel this bogus order. I also wanted her to send me the original ORDER confirmation e-mail, not just a cancellation confirmation (she claimed this order was placed with a debit/credit card online). She did sent it to me, but it was the first I had received from this company - nothing to this effect was in my Spam either - and was only able to give me a confirmation number over the phone. I did not order from this company, nor had I ever heard of this company or it's products. I do not participate in detoxing, so I would never buy a product that does this. I am also VERY careful about ordering products online, which is not that often. I do not know how this company got not only my name and card number, but also my mailing address and my work phone number (their auto assistance program - i.E. Recorded message - called me at work on 9/19)
